I want to finance 16 acres of land with with a 40 ft X 60 ft metal building on it. There is no power to the land.

Need a little more info, like are you planning on purchasing the property, want to do a construction loan, or just refinance the property, etc?

Not easy property to finance, unless someone here says they have an offer I suggest trying a smaller local independent bank or credit union. They often have portfolio loans for that type property. Otherwise you may need a commercial loan. The 40x60 metal building makes it difficult to finance as a "building lot" or property where you intend to build a home in the near future unless you want to get started now with a construction - permanent loan.
