I want to change mortgage companies..Please help..

The mortgage company i'm dealing with now is totally belligerent, unfriendly and unhelpful. They literally will not answer questions - they just tell me I need to re-read my loan agreement. I don't qualify for a refinance, I just want to move my current loan amount to another company entirely. Can somebody please advise ?Thanks ! by alfred5564 from Nampa, Idaho. Mar 14th 2011 Reply

Without reviewing your whole situation it sounds like refinance is your only option.I would not be able to advise further without more information.Patrick BodineSR.Mortgage Consultant 650 Douglas Drive NorthGolden Valley, MN 55422Cell:651.248.0467 Office:612.305.2284 Fax:612.766.9884 Email:pbodine@bncnationalbank.comWebsite:www.bncnationalbank.com/minneapolis/pbodine

The only way to get out of the current mortgage is to refinance, or if the mortgage company you are with now sells the note. Either way, I have been able to help people in the past get approved for a loan when they were denied elsewhere. I can take a second look at your scenario, free of charge, and come up with the same answer or something better, an approval! I lend in all States. That is the only way you are going to get past this. My name is Rich Constantine, you can email me @ rconstantine@myhsoa.com for more info. Hope this helps. RC

If you don't qualify for a refi, you won't be able to get away from them.

Alfred, What are the reasons you dont qualify for a refinance? If you cannot refinance your property period, you will not be able to transfer your mortgage. Unless you get really lucky and your loan gets sold to another investor/servicing company. If you would like more information, please contact me so I can give you a better anwser to your questions. Thanks, Chris
