Hey Rajesh... so the real answer is that Jumbo loans up to 90% LTV are very difficult to qualify for. The product is available in most areas, however credit, income, assets, etc... Have to be very strong... so, yes the program does exist.. But you really need to apply to be sure you can qualify... The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker (Like Kisty Burt), not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario.
