For all intent and purpose.. Ocwen is the lender who owns your loan.. Since most all loans are sold on the open market though Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie Mae.. you will never know who actually own's it.. and even if you did, it wouldn't matter,,, you wouldn't be able to call them for anything.. since all they would do would be to refer you back to the servicer.. in your scenario, Ocwen.. If you are having a problem with Ocwen, you can notify the CFPB.. they handle all complaints related to mortgages, and they have an online submission form.
