I need list of lenders who will make a loan with poor credit

If you are looking for a lender, then click on the "Community" tab in the upper right.. Select "Find a Lender" , type in your zip code and you should have a list to chose from.. As far as your options go.... It's best to chose a mortgage broker/banker.. They have access to numerous lenders with each one offering a different set of lending guidelines.. the more lenders, the more lending options and the greater likelihood of your loan scenario being accepted. Without knowing exactly what your profile and scores looks like, it's impossible to say if you can get approved, but the right professional can after looking at your complete scenario. Try to avoid the "Big Banks".. they don't have loan officers.. they have application takers.. and most wont give you the time of day if after running your credit, they see you have low scores.
