There are plenty of VA Lenders around, so you should choose to work with someone you can Trust and find to be very Knowledgeable about the loan product you are inquiring about as well as helping you explore other options are necessary! You should take the first step to reach out to someone to ask more questions, particularly what their turn times are, requirements for VA Lending, etc. Read My Posted Blog Titled "Questions To Ask Your Potential Loan Originator" which you can assess by vising my profile and selecting Blogs, or using this direct link: http://www.lender411.com/mortgage-articles/7172/questions-to-ask-your-potential-loan-originator/ There are many other helpful Blogs on my profile that I would encourage you to read. Only use the internet to find a local lender. Go sit down with a local non-bank lender. There is nothing on the internet that is better than you can get down the street. In MN, visit www.VA-IRRRL-LOAN-MN.com

I would always recommend using a lender that specializes in VA loans. For example; my company is located in Fort Hood, which is the largest military base in the world. So obviously we help soldiers and veterans all day, everyday. Give us a call if you want a VA specialized to help you. www.bofecentraltexas.com

You're right, there are plenty of VA lenders and a ton of info to sift through and consider. If you ask around the Realtor community, you'll likely find that A&M Mortgage is the most reputable among government lenders in NWI. That's because we're incredibly experienced with local -- in office processing/underwriting/funding. Of course we're a Lapp lender and can close well within 30 days in most cases. Give a call if you're interested in comparing lenders. However, it's not just the lender -- it's the lender and the loan officer that will provide the service you want. Interview/ask questions -- then decide...
Ask our community a question.
