The word is probably "dividenD" but I hadn't seen that and have no idea. You can check the value of the US dollar vs. other currencies at www.bloomberg.com/markets/ or other similar websites. The Dollar has been doing well against the Euro because of the financial problems in Europe. Otherwise, ask a financial planner or broker, or check on a financial website rather than we mortgage bankers.

Not sure what you're talking about.. No such thing as a divident?.. There are Dividends, which are corporate profits that are paid out to stock holders based on the profits of the company in a given quarter.. and there are Derivatives, which are investments where your betting that the stock will go up, down, or pay higher or lower interest.. And these are sold against stocks... but a "divident" causing the dollar to lose value??? I have no idea what you're talking about??I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
