I have poor credit (mid-500's) but my husband has good credit, We'd like to use my income if possible.

Sorry, but it's not allowed.. In order for your income to be considered, you must qualify along with him.. If you do not meet eligibility requirements because of poor credit or low scores, then he will need to qualify on his own.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. Not in recent years. Suggest use your income to clean up your credit and be in better position to purchase. I have an older blog on this site "quickly improving" credit.
