I have filed and granted chap 7 12/13 now I still live in my home of 10years and of course the mortgage payments are not reported

Contact your attorney you used for the BK. They should be able to help you

this is not a problem.. you provide copies/proof of your last 12 mortgage payments being paid with Zero "30 Day Late" payments, and we contact the credit bureaus and get a credit supplement and provide that to the new lender.. This is not an issue and it's done all the time.. If your current lender has a problem with it, you should call me.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
