Regardless of who owns the home or not, the person obligated for the loan is the one who has access to that information. they would need to give you authorization to access their account.. If that person defaults and the lender initiates foreclosure, then if your contact info is listed with the county assessors office, then it's possible you would get a notification. You will have to get written authorization from the 70% partner, or the Judicial Court, if legal action is in process.
