Wait for your first home loan statement that is mailed to you and follow the written instructions accordingly. You do understand that BAC discloses your outstanding principle balance on every statement. Happy New Year!

Just go their website and and create an account online for your loan, or you can call them monthly and ask what the loan principle is.

Most lenders included the principle balance right on your monthly statement, and most lenders have online access that also gives you your principle balance. As a service to my clients, I give all of them a full amortization schedule at closing.

Give the lender a call and see if they have that option available.
