If you're referring to your the IRS 1098 INT form, then it should have been sent by your lender on or before January 30th, 2016. Typically, they send it in with your monthly statement, so I would go back and search through the paperwork you received form them in the past 2 months.. if you cannot find it, but you have access to your mortgage account online, then typically, it's there for you as well and can easily be downloaded.. If you don't have the form and you don't have online access, then if you call your lender, they will send you the document via mail. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Your mortgage payment info should have been mailed to you. Call the servicing company where you make your payment. If it was not a mortgage or student loan, there may not be any info that is needed for your taxes.
If you have online access you should be able to obtain the information through those means.
Hello!Your mortgage lender should have mailed you a 1098 Form which lists mortgage interest paid in the prior year, along with a form detailing the amount paid into escrow and the amount disbursed from escrow to your local taxing authority. You may claim the amount disbursed for real estate taxes on your federal income returns. You will receive a property tax deduction for each year you own your home.
