I have a commercial loan on an apartment building. What is a better deal for refinancing?

Much better rates are available. I suggest you seek a 30/30 or 20/25. That way you won't be refinancing several times. A 5/1 is the most common and it is amortized over 30 years.Happy funding, Rudi

Caloan- so you really have better commercial rates on 30 year terms under 5%??? I will call your bluff as I have 6 deals I can send you if that is the case.
