Hey Greg... you open yourself up to a huge disappointment if you're relying on an internet post to quote you a rate... no credible loan officer would quote you just based on your credit score.. Plus new laws prohibit quoting a rate without quoting the APR along with it... Contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank, and apply with them... it cost you nothing and you will receive a written quote on your home loan, and no hidden surprises... WilliamAcres.com

How much does a car cost? The answer depends on many factors. Which model? Two door or four door? Convertible? Mag wheels or stock? V6 or V8? Just like cars in this example, the answer to "What rate can I get?" is... It depends. Is it a purchase or a refinance? What fees are you willing to pay? Are you looking for the Note rate or the Annual Percentage Rate (APR)? I always recommend that a borrower work with a local mortgage Banker/broker for a reason. Giving you clear, concise and accurate information is only one of them. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
