I have two programs with a 603 fico score there are a few questions I have for you. 1. Is that your middle score2. Do you have a minimum down payment of 10%The maximum loan amount is determined by your geographical area. Call me anytime. (732) 474-8180 Good Luck, Manuel Gonzalez
I would suggest you work with a mortgage professional who can guide you through the process to get your credit score up above 620, but preferably to 640 or more. I assume this shouldn't take too long as you do have a fairly good score now. I'd be happy to work with you directly if you'd like. Please send me an offline message if you'd like more help! Thank you and good luck!
A mortgage professional should be able to let you know what you need to do to raise your score. If you are above a 640 you will have many more options for your mortgage than where you are currently. In the whole scheme of things, even if it takes 6 months to raise your score, you will see a tremendous benefit because of the options you will have.

While there are programs that would allow you to buy, more information is needed to see if you actually qualify for a home loan.
