MOre info needed.. The short answer is that there are lending programs out there that will allow you to get financed at a 565 "Mid" score.. but in all reality.. it takes much more than a credit score to obtain financing.. The real question is why.. Why is your score so low? BK? Foreclosure? Judgments? Tax Liens? Default student loans?, etc.. you could have a 750 credit score, yet still get denied.. In order to advise on your eligibility, we would need to analyze your complete loan summary/profile.. Once we have all the info, we can let you know if there's a way to make it happen..
