Above a certain score (usually a 620 FICO), you may not need any actual proof of rental history, but do check with your local mortgage professional directly.

Some programs require you prove your rental history, and other programs do not.. usually, if you have enough tradelines on your credit report, it's not necessary, but that's not a guarantee.. check with your lender and ask them directly.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
