Reality!!!!.. you wont know if that homes goes up for sale until there is a sign in the front yard... If you call the REO dept. of BAC, they wont tell you anything.. and it wont show up on the internet until it's actually been listed for several days if not weeks.. the only way to know is to drive past the home every day and look for a sign.. you can also have your realtor scan the MLS for that property address as well.. sometimes, the listing agent will list it, but wont schedule the sign to go up for several days later, so having your agent scan MLS will help as well.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

A quick way is to google the property address. If it is listed it would most likely appear on the web site of the listing agent. If not you could contact a local Realtor and have them search the MLS or a similar data base.

Call BAC and ask for their REO dept.
