I don't just have bad credit, i have terrible credit. But I have a very good job for 20 plus years. Will I be able to get any type of mortgage?

There is a ton of property out there. I would find a seller that is willing to cary the note for you with a reasonable down payment. Do work on getting your score to at least a 620.
