Contact your lender with a vaild reasoning for your disagreement. You will need to have homes that are comparable to yours that have the value to support your disagreement. At that point depending on the type of loan your lender can submit a dispute of value and have the appraiser comment on why they are at the value they are or adjust and agree with your change in comparables
You can dispute the appraisal, but you will need to have a reason to and be able to back it up with documentation as to why. If this is for a purchase, your Realtor should be able to help you out. If this is for a refinance you will have to provide some additional addresses of recent sales that support the value you believe it to be. You will give this info your lender and they can submit it back to the underwriting company as a dispute. This can take a week or two depending on how busy the company is and there is no guarantee they will agree with you regardless of what you provide. Best wishes, Sean
