Hi Chad, The HARP 3.0 program is only proposed, so its not available yet. If you have a conventional loan then you may qualify for HARP 2.0 as that is for all conventional loans (Fannie & Freddie). Do you know what prevented you from doing a HARP 2.0 loan?Tim Swierczek

You may qualify for aHARP loan, yes. 3.0 is not available as of yet and if it ever is, the details of it are still up in the air. I am always happy to assist whether I work on your financing or not; So if you need more information, a pre-qualification, or a competing rate quote you can go to my web page and use my live support button to discuss or get advice on anything at all with me. If your loan is owned by Freddie or Fannie, and was initiated prior to June, 2009, then it's possible you would qualify for a HARP 2.0, however HARP 3.0 has never been approved, so until it is, no one knows what the guidelines would be.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Possibly. As someone else stated it depends when you closed on your current loan. Please feel free to contact me at 651_209_2900 to discuss further. Jim Peterson, NMLS #695811.
