Any time.. there are no restrictions on when you can sell.. only if you want to refinance or turn it into a rental.. However, if you sell it within 120 days, then the original FHA appraised value will be used.. so if you purchased it for a low price and feel now you can sell it for more, then you would need to wait at least 4 months (6 months preferably) before selling in order to capitalize on the increased value.
