Because you have used HARP, then you would not qualify for a HAMP loan.. but I believe that program ended December 31st, 2016 anyway.. But there is the HHF (Hardest Hit Funds).. which you might qualify for.. Typically, you want to start with your mortgage company and communicate with them.. the law mandates that they assist you in helping you save your home if you find yourself in trouble.. But you also might qualify for HHF.. (Florida is one of the 18 states that qualify).. try going to this website and inquire.. https://www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/pages/default.aspx I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
I would communicate with your mortgage company to see if they can help.
Start with your current loan servicer. You can also check out the website for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac (the one that holds your note) for additional options. Additionally, try the state housing authority. Most states have programs to assist homeowners in need.
