I am the main borrower for HEMC. Son willing to cosign but only 35. Is this acceptable age for co-signer? He will not be living with me or on title. Thanks!

If you are referring to a HECM loan, then no the son would not be eligible as a co-signer because he does not live with you. You need to make a will or trust to have the son as the beneficiary, if he can take over paying back the loan or helping sell the property in the future.
