Ok.. First, VA construction loan's are nearly impossible to find.. and 2nd, if you did come across that one in a million lender who does them, it's unlikely they would allow you to build it.. The guidelines allow for it, but you cannot be paid for your labor.. only materials and sub's.. As a builder, your better off getting a business loan and then once the home is complete, buy it from your business using either VA or conventional..
