I am supposed to be receiving support in the amount of $831 a month and am not currently since my ex is out of work. Will this amount be able to be included in my income? Or so I have to actually show the payments being received?

You will have to produce proof that you have received the last 12 monthly payments on time.

You must prove that you have received the income to be able to count it.. If you have not received any payments in the past 6 months, then for sure they wont count it.. Also, if you do start receiving it, you would need to prove you have received it for at least the past 12 months.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. If you can show continuance for at least 3 years, it can be used. If not, you will not be able to use it.
