I am interested in an "earth home" Any lenders in WI who can accommodate without being an adjustable rate?

Unique property create unique problems. Most traditional loans won't lend on unique properties. Then if they do, you need to have earth home comparable homes for the appraisal... Creating another challenge. For that type of property. You may need to take whatever loan a lender offers. Good luck!

As Joe mentioned.. it's going to be very difficult to find any lender willing to lend on a unique property type.. certainly not any conforming type of loans.. Unless you have the means to pay cash, then expect the only lending option to be portfolio (Hard Money), which will most likely have higher rates and fees as well as larger down payment requirements..
