I am in Starke Florida can anyone tell me what the FHA limit is usually around this area I know USDA is no less than 50K

I'm not sure if you mean income limit or loan limit. FHA does not have an income limit, so if that was your question, it's not an issue. If you were inquiring about loan limit, Bradford County Florida has a 1 unit loan limit of $271,050.

Your question sounds like you are looking for a lower limit, not a higher limit. In that case, there are no lower limits on FHA or USDA RD. From a practical perspective however, most lenders will have a lower limit because they are limited to the amount you can be charged for closing costs as a percentage of your loan amount. This usually limits the lower end at 35,000 for most lenders. Good Luck.
