Of course you can apply. Underwriters will look at the income form all sources for all applicants. Disability income is INCOME. Steven is correct in that most lenders will allow income from non-taxed sources such as disability payments, Social Security, etc., to be grossed up. This is because we use Gross income for our calculations.
