To whom it may concern: I lived with my parents between (date) to (date) ... It's that simple.. More than likely they are asking because that address shows up on your credit report as your residence within the past 2 years.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Your current lender or loan officer should be assisting you with this process. I would reconsider who you are working with if they couldn't explain this to you or even draw up an example for you to copy/sign. It sounds like really poor customer service.

As Justin said your Loan Officer should be able to help you with this.

Its a very simple. To whom it concerns letter stating the dates you lived with them. They need something from you in writing since you probably don't have technical rental history

Just a short to the point letter is the best. To whom it may concern: I have lived at my parents address from this date to current.... I hope this helps
