Yes you can. Bank are not concern with age as much as they are income, property type and value and credit.Good luck!

age inst a factor ..if you can qualify for a new loan - then yes .....you also might look into a reverse mortgage depending on the amount you need

More info needed, but if you are worried about your age being a deterrent .. it isn't... it's illegal to discriminate based on your age.. That being said, if you meet all eligibility requirements, then yes.. you could get a home equity loan, a 1st mortgage, or even a reverse mortgage.. you have many options available to you..
