We can make this work if you can document the alimony. tom@lendfm.com or 678.571.7433

Much more info needed.. because you make $6000 per month, you would be required to file tax returns. If you do not have tax returns, then in most all scenarios, you cannot qualify for conforming loan products. We do have lending programs which are accepted for financing, but these are not "conforming" loan products.. these types of loan have much higher interest rates, and require larger down payments.. typically 20% or more. I would recommend you contact a qualified mortgage professional and let them look at your complete loan profile.. stay away from the big box banks on the corner because they typically don't have any of these types of loan products.. and the loan officers are merely application takers.. they don't know how to structure a loan or find the best loan product for your scenario.. try reaching out to a mortgage bank or mortgage broker.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / LendUS, NMLS 1938/ AZMB0121893
