howto write a letter to my lenders on how I'm paid weekly and the company that i work for.

If this is for a w2 job it would be strange for a lender to request a letter and if 1099 they would likely need check copies/pay statements and tax returns. Feel free to provide more details if need so i can better answer your question.

It would be strange for a lender to request a letter if you are a w2 employee and if 1099 they would need to see tax returns. Please provide details about your job so i may answer better.

If you are referring to your paystub showing a different company than your W2 for that same company, (like a DBA) then proof that the parent company owns the DBA would be required to tie it together. A few more details will help us to help you.

The lender usually will do their own verification of employment by contacting the HR department to the company you work for. If it happens to be a small company, then they will contact the owner.. but they will never accept a letter from you unless you're self employed or paid 1099. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
