If you're looking to simply transfer ownership that can be done with a simple quit claim deed at your local registry of deeds. If you're looking to have him take over the financial responsibility of the mortgage, and if the loan is in fact a VA, he can speak with your current servicer about assuming the loan. If he qualifies then he can pick the loan up under his name right where you are in your payment schedule. If you're looking to give him the property and have him take over the mortgage then you'll need to do both. If you have other questions I talk better than I type. You can call me @ 781-258-1293.
