Hello Ana, I am not sure exactly what you mean. Who did you need to make a payment to?

The easiest way would be to contact customer service and set up the payment directly through the lender. Customer service should be able to walk you through the process. Another easy way is to use the bill pay feature through your online banking platform. Many major banks actually have direct relationships with mortgage lenders and can make the payment electronically and in some cases instantly. If you set up your other bills this way, then you can knock everything out at once on just one website.

Who is your lender? Usually you will see an web address or directions on how to make online payments and/or arrange for automatic withdrawals. If you are still having problems you can call me for some help. 517-240-3015

If you have online banking bill pay, you can enter your account number from mortgage statement if that helps.

You need to contact the Loan Servicer listed on your monthly Mortgage Statement. There should be a website on there that you can log on to set up an on-line payment.
