Pretty much immediately as long as there is a good reason to do so. Your last lender may not want you to for 6 months but there is no restriction. I can help: pdumouchel@primelending.com or 843-619-6025 http://pdumouchel.primelending.com **PrimeLending was the #4 purchase mortgage lender in the US in 2012 and 2013 as determined by MarketTrac(c) for Jan-Dec 2012 & 2013

Hi Roland,This depends on the loan program. Did you buy with an FHA, VA, or conventional loan? It also depends on whether you are trying to use an appreciated property value. (higher than what you paid for it) It also depends on whether you are trying to take any cash out of the refinance, or doing a rate and term. I'm happy to help with the financing or just give you advice. If you need more information, or a competing rate quote call, email or use my live support button to discuss or get in touch with me. Web Address for live chat or quote is: http://www.loansfromrob.com/quote/ Email is robertlh66@verizon.net and direct phone is 240-752-7549. Good Luck -- Rob Hanson

In theory, immediately... In practice, there are a lot of missing answers. Why? Does it make sense? What are the costs... contact a local mortgage broker. Give them a full application, and let them review your exact situation. www.TwinCityHomeLoans.com
