How much to pay for closing costs?
This would be my first home purchase after coming across a beautiful home that costs $300k. It‘s close to where I grew up as a kid and I would love to retire in that neighborhood. My yearly income is at $120k and I can afford to make a down of 20%. I have zero debts and I was wondering if I can get approved for a 15-year loan fixed at 2.65%? Sounds like your basic qualifications would be fine, but the only way to know for sure is to reach out to a local mortgage broker in your area, and given them a full application to review.
