For a refinance? Are you looking to take cash out or just refinance your current loan? Do you have a current loan? Did you renovate the property? We would need more info to help.

I'm assuming your talking about applying for a refinance.. and if that's the question, you can apply anytime.. There has to be a benefit to YOU the borrower, and that benefit is measured differently depending on which loan product you go with.. So more details are necessary.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I assume you mean apply for a refinance. Technically you can do it anytime. You could do it after one day if you wanted. But lets look at other situations... If you bought the house yesterday with cash, and now want to get your cash back though a refinance, you'll need to own the property for 6 months. Talk to a local mortgage broker in your area for more assistance.

Hey Joe, I do want to correct you on one thing. There is a program called delayed financing that allows a borrower to get 70% of the home's value as cash out one day after closing all cash. 6 months of seasoning are not required. The program is not for everyone and like any other loan, there are limitations, but it is available.
