Without knowing what is on the report, and how you will be addressing the credit deficiencies, it's near impossible to say.. typically, it can be in as little time as 1 week or as much as 9 to 12 months.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Fernando, depending the overall credit profile and what type of derogatory items are pulling down the scores it could be as little as 1 week to 12 months or more. It really depends on what is it in the credit file and your resources to address those items.I recently worked with a borrower with 598 and we paid off a large charge off and had one 30 day delinquency removed as a courtesy from her bank and within 10 days her mid score was 711.

No way of knowing for sure Fernando. Talk with a qualified local loan officer, they can review your credit report and if there is something that can be done immediately like lowering balances he can do a what if credit scenario and tell you what your score will increase to if you do certain things. Other things may just take time or maybe even adding another trade line. Again, talk with a loan officer and they can help lead you in the right direction if your goal is home ownership. Best wishes, Sean
