How long does it take to process HECM?

I am able to get HECM loans closed in less than thirty days for people throughout IL, KS, and MO.

Typically, they close in 30 days or less. but understand that you have to take the counseling before you an even apply.. So, we don't consider that time frame in the 30 days..
