Every loan is different, but in a perfect world, you can close in as little as 21 days, but realistically 30-45 days is normal.. Understand that for most lenders, Purchase transactions take precedent since they have a "Close of Escrow" date on the sales contract, where the person refinancing is already in their home, so they are less of a priority.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
