How long do I have to wait to get another VA loan after I sell my home?

There is no waiting period.. you can purchase right away.. understand that unless you're a disabled veteran, you will have to pay the VA funding fee, and the fee is higher for subsequent use vs. first time use.. There is no waiting period, I often have customers who purchase a new home the same day or day after their previous home sells. Also, if you are comfortable having 2 mortgages, sometimes it is possible to buy another home without selling the current one.
