How long after an appraisal report to full approval?
Just received appraisal report and all of my other documents have been cleared. How long does the process normally take after? I am currently renting and need to give my landlord at least 30 days notice. by hannachao86739 from Aliso Viejo, California. Aug 1st 2017

Generally speaking, the entire mortgage process takes +/- about 30-days from beginning to end. Of course some can take longer, and some can go quicker. So talk to your Loan Officer, but you are probably OK to give notice.

You shouldn't be going to an internet post for this question.. you should be going to your loan officer.. Every lender has a different process, but most can close a loan within 30 days.. But your loan officer should know exactly where you stand.. so give them a call. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets.
