Hello Ryan. Refinancing is a very simple process. First thing we do is make sure you have atleast a 620 credit score, determine your loan-to-value, and give you options on either a Fixed rate or an adjustable. Once you decide which program and rate is best for you, we usually can have you in a new loan in under 30 days. Freedom Mortgage is a Direct Lender and we fund loans in all 50 states. Please send me an email directly at adennie@fmbranch to discuss. Thank you.

Ryan, It's very similar to when you got you purchased your loan. certain documents and information is required by your Mortgage Loan Originator, he will process and submits to the lender for approval, an appraisal will be ordered and if the value comes back as expected loan moves to the next stage which is full on underwriting, loan documents will be signed by you and sent back to the lender. few days after that its all done. If you are located in California please feel free to call us for more information. Houtan Hormozian 949 242 5215 Houtan.Hormozian@Crestico.com

Hello Ryan, It depends on the equity you have in the home. You generally want the rate to be 2% lower than your current for you to see the savings. Or you on conventional or FHA? Either way I beleive we can help you in obtaining a lower monthly payment and not bringing anything to closing.
