First you need to go ahead and fill out a mortgage application which includes having your credit pulled and your financial information reviewed. After you've been approved the lender will order an appraisal to find out the true value of your property. After approximately 14 to 21 days your refinance will be completed and your new lender will send you a new mortgage coupon/statement.
