You want to call a community bank that will provide you with quality service, experiece and that is also heavily involved with the community and charitiable events that way you can see that they are reputable. I would be happy to help you out as my company is based out of Tennessee! I have 10 years of lending experince from residential to commercial and everything in between. My company is First Community Mortgage a division of First Community Bank of Bedford County. Please call me at 678-381-2264 or e-mail me at gianni.cerretani@fcmhomeloans.com www.fcmhomeloans.com

Hi Kayla, Buying your first house can be intimadating and it most likely will be your biggest investment! So it is important to find a Loan Officer or Company you feel comfortable with and work on getting your self as educated on all the different programs and terms. You can do this by talking with different Loan Officers and doing research online for questions and answers as you are doing today. Then once you feel comfortable go ahead and submit an application you can do that on most companies websites. Good Luck and if you have questions feel free to call or email me. (360)-915-9609 or joleary@americahomekey.com -- Washington Lender do have AmericaHomeKey,Inc branches in Texas also. Thanks Jake O'Leary
