HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING PREAPPROVED FOR A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER LOAN?

Hi Gregory,To get preapproved, you would simply need to get documents together:-Last two years taxes and W2's-Most recent paystub from your job-Drivers License-Most recent Bank StatementDepending on what loan program you go with, there may be additional documentation needed (A Va loan for example.)When you meet with a lender, they will ask for the information above and pull your credit.
