How do I get ahold of someone at BAC Home Loan Servicing to find out who is responsible for a house that is vacant?

go onto their website it will list the homes ... or contact a realtor..

No one from BAC will talk to you regarding a vacant home (assuming it's a foreclosure or REO). The lender has the responsibility to offer the property fairly and to try and get the most they can, since in most states, the owner will re responsible for any deficit, so it must be offered for sale publicly.. Try calling a local real estate agent and let them know your interested in the home.. they can monitor the Multi Listing Service and let you know the second it comes on the market.
