Not going to happen.. you have a proven track record of not paying your smaller bills on time, so would it make any sense for a lender to finance you for a much larger loan?? you will need to improve your credit in order to get a mortgage... you can search the internet for assistance on clearing up your credit, or you can pay a professional, but either way, you need to get your credit improved if have any aspirations of owning a home.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Mike -- you won't be able to. But if you talk to a good local licensed mortgage professional - he will be able to help you figure out the best way to fix up your credit so you get to qualifying levels. DO NOT Pay anyone for this assistance, unless it is only AFTER the credit has been cleaned up.

Unfortunately, you don't. Focus on rebuilding and repairing your credit. This proves to a lender you are worthy of the risk in giving a loan. Once credit is repaired, then apply for a loan.

Agreed... You need to establish some pattern of paying items on time and a score that is within minimum limits.
