Many resources.. you can go to Zillow.com or Trulia.com and research your value.. you can check with your local county assessors office.. they will have a list of comparable properties sold in your area, you can also check with a local real estate agent and ask what your home is worth... but the most accurate way would be to hire an appraiser.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. The quick idea is Zillow. A better idea is ask a local realtor to do a value on your home. I am here locally if you need help. Take care,KyleBayviewHomeloans.com

Ray,I really like the Redfin "price my home" feature. It lets you choose the comparables that are most similar to your home in order to give an accurate value estimate. Speaking with a real estate agent is also a very good way to get an idea of value. I am a lender just on the other side of the lake in Bellevue. I would be happy to help answer any questions about financing and/or connect you with an agent that really knows your area. Jordan Swerland - 425-274-2214 - jordan.swerland@apmortgage.com
